Dutieswill include:

rooming patients timely, obtaining accurate vitalsigns inclusive of ABN’s, vaccine administration, UA, hospitalrecords if needed for appointments, obtaining medical records andwaivers. Administer medications and record medical documentation inEHR. Perform lab and proficiency tests as well as daily controls,EKG’s, Holter monitors, UAs and anything else at the request of thephysician. Make appointments with other medical offices andfacilities, completing referrals, pre-certs, lab orders in a timelymanner. Cleaning rooms after each patient, recleaning, restockingand checking outdated supplies at the end of each day. Scanningmust be completed on a daily basis, working with triage nurse toensure all script requests, pre-certs, phone messages and any otherpertinent duties are completed before end of shift. Working withother nurses to ensure the drug closet is neat and orderly, helpwith medical inventory ordering the medical supplies. Must workunder the office guidelines, OSHA, DHEC, HIPAA and other regulatoryagency guidelines and perform any other duties as requested orassigned. Job requires a valid SC license and current BLScertification. Dr. Naishaj Shah is seeking a FT LPN for his primary care practice.

Hours:

M-F, 8-5.
