Responsibilities:
Change the lives of ourpatients/residents and at the same time enjoy the rewards of fullyknowing your patients/residents and their families as a RegisteredNurse – RN. You will provide care for a variety ofpatients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading toenhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
PositionHighlights Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with thenursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to developeffective plans of care. Establish realistic, measurable short- andlong-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needsarise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation ofoutcomes. Administer medications and performs treatments perphysician orders. Delegate patient care responsibilities to staffand supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions areimplemented. Communicate patient information with assigned staffand between shifts.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of anapproved school of nursing and currently licensed by the StateBoard of Nursing CPR Certification is required
