One of our best clients is seeking a skilled and compassionateLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their clinical team on 3rdshift (overnights). In this role, you’ll be responsible forproviding direct patient care, supporting treatment plans, andmonitoring patient safety throughout the night. This is anexcellent opportunity for an LVN who thrives in a structured,purpose-driven environment and has a heart for mental healthcare.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring patients for changes in condition and report to theRN or provider on duty. Documenting care accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting crisis intervention efforts as needed. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAAstandards.
Qualifications:
Current LVN/LPN license in the state of Tennessee(Required). Previous experience in mental health or behavioral healthsettings preferred. Strong observational and critical thinking skills. Comfortable working overnight shifts independently or as partof a team. CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Compassionate, patient-centered, and reliable.
