We are currently seeking new members to join our caring, progressive team! We are looking for a Medical Records Coordinator (nurse) with experience in managing and organizing resident health information, ensuring accuracy and completion of electronic medical records, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate has at minimum two (2) years of Health Information Management (HIM) experience preferably with Point Click Care or Matrix, Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans medical review experience, MDS experience and/or is a certified medical coder. Applicant should be a team player, solutions oriented, have exceptional organization skills and be detailed oriented with a positive attitude. Applicant should be willing to assist with resident emergencies, uphold infection control protocols, and become a Point Click Care superuser. Must have at a minimum three (3) years working clinical experience in an acute care hospital, skilled nursing facility, and/or an office/clinic-based medical practice. Must possess nursing license for LPN or RN and be eligible to practice as a nurse in the state of
SC. A SC
Driver’s license is required with a verified three (3) year safe driving record.
