Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while working under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, and taking vital signs.
• Participate in infection control measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for client and staff.
• Utilize electronic medical records systems to document patient information and track patient progress.
• Demonstrate expertise in infectious disease care, including identifying and reporting cases of infectious diseases.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, ensuring that patient records are complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong clinical skills and experience in critical care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical documentation procedures and electronic health records.

Pay:

From $32.00 per hour
