Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in goodstanding or compact license

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR/BLS certification 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years asa Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area The hourly range for this role is $19.

86 to $38.85 per hour basedon full-time employment.
