• Primary Responsibilities:

  Provides nursing care to patients/significant others via directand/or telephone contact, following established standards andpractices Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamlesscare delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patientparticipation in planning and care

• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures andparticipates in patient teaching

Provides Direction To:

Clerical assistants, medical assistants, andother non-licensed personnel

RequiredQualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in goodstanding

• Preferred Qualifications:

  Current CPR/BLS certification 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years asa Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area

• The hourly range for this role is $19.

86 to $38.85 per hour basedon full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors includingbut not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimumwage laws as applicable.
