Primary Responsibilities:

Provides nursing care to patients/significant others via directand/or telephone contact, following established standards andpractices Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamlesscare delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patientparticipation in planning and care Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures andparticipates in patient teaching

RequiredQualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing New York State (NYS) LPN license with current NYS registration, ingood standing 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse

Preferred Qualification:

Current CPR/BLS certification The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour basedon full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors includingbut not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimumwage laws as applicable.
