BEFORE You Apply, Make Sure… You are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You have an active / unrestricted RN License in SC or Compact (Preferred) You have 1 yr+ home health exp. You live in / near York and/or Lancaster County. You are able to commute to Lake Wylie.

L. , reliable vehicle + auto insurance. You have Quadriplegic Care Exp. You have Wound Care Exp. You have Hoyer Lift or Hoyer Type Equipment Exp. You have strong peripheral IV skills. (Preferred) You have recent experience w/ PICC/Midlines/Ports. (Preferred) You are currently CPR Certified from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA) & negative 2-step TB skin test or chest x-ray. You are able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push/pull, & lift up to 50lbs. Does This Sound Like You?
