POSITION TITLE:

CARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER

Westminster Health and Rehabilitation is a Not-for-profit organization that provides Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services. We serve our residents with Integrity, Respect, Excellence, while striving to Enrich their lives. We are searching for individuals who will provide quality, compassionate care to the seniors we serve. The successful candidate will work well within the interdisciplinary team, and will help to create a comfortable and positive environment for our seniors and their families.

Tasks:

Provide guidance to CNAs Administer medications, provide vaccinations, and render treatment to senior adults. Communicate with physicians, CNAs, and other nurses regarding resident care. Participate in creating a plan of care and charting for each resident. Respond to inquiries and concerns from residents and their families. Assist with patient education for discharge planning.

Skills and Requirements:

RN & LPN

experience, preferably working with seniors. New graduates are welcomed. Valid Nursing License. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed. Working knowledge of South Carolina health care laws and regulations. Current CPR Certification.
