LPN Memory Care (Every Fri, Sat, & Sun Dayshift 7a-7p) 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 2035 Vantage Pointe, Ashland City, TN 37015 Vantage Pointe Village is an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Community in Ashland City, TN. Situated between Nashville and Clarksville. We are less than a 30-minute drive from both! We do not use agency staffing currently. We are a privately owned community with Long-term staff. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with physical examinations and perform basic life support procedures.
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Skills:
- Valid LPN license
- Experience a Memory Care setting
- Proficient in medical documentation and electronic health records systems.
- Knowledge of basic life support techniques and protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with memory care patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
