• Group Home Setting (PRN Shifts Available) We’re currently hiring a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive group home environment.

In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of Interim Healthcare and the Group Home Administrator , helping clients live with dignity, safety, and respect. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism. Available Shifts PRN

• You Choose Your Shifts 24/7 Office Support Opportunity to Work Across Multiple Supportive Communities Responsibilities Accurately record patient medical history and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.

) Monitor and document fluid intake/output and patient progress Administer medications, injections, enemas, and other basic care as prescribed Clean and dress wounds; assist with basic daily care (eating, bathing, etc.) Collect samples for lab testing as needed Observe patients for medication side effects and report findings Offer emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and families Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts Qualifications Valid LPN license through state board of nursing or

NURSYS CPR
