Job Description:
+ Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.
Taking and recording vital signs. + Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome. + Provide resident and family education. + Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals. + Supervising CNAs
