out of 5 stars 301 Tyson Avenue, Paris, TN 38242 The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws to assure successful nursing is maintained at all times. Performs routine assigned duties according to specific detailed written procedures. Must assume responsibility and accountability for practical nursing duties performed for a specified group of residents within a designated time period in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act and Henry County Healthcare Center policies under the direction and supervision of an RN or MD. The ages of the residents normally served are adult and geriatric. Must be capable of independent decision making during emergency or unusual situations.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited
School of Practical Nursing Licenses/Certifications :
Current LPN License with the State of Tennessee is required.
