Tallo's Job Summary: Our recruitment goal at Hillcrest Healthcare is to hire long-term care team members who focus on quality care and excellent employee relations. We offer a C N A-LPN Pathway for both certified and non-certified individuals. Current C N A's can attend a 12-month LPN program at South College with all tuition and fees covered by the employer. Non-certified applicants will receive paid C N A training and work at a Hillcrest facility before attending the LPN program. Upon graduation, all students are required to work as a Nurse for 18 months.

Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Two pathways offered Current C N A’s Must work 6 months and remain in good standing as a C N A at a Hillcrest facility. Be willing to apply and attend the 12 month LPN program at South College All tuition and fees paid by employer Student pays for books and supplies Be willing to work as Nurse for 18 months upon graduation If student fails to complete the course student would continue in a work agreement as a CN A for 18 months Non-Certified Applicants Must attend a paid C N A training and work as C N A at a Hillcrest facility in good standing for a period of 3 months upon completing the certification process. If C N A course is not passed and certification is not obtained then applicant agrees to work in a non-certified role (dietary, housekeeping, laundry etc) for 12 months After the 3 month period of C N A work at a Hillcrest facility Be willing to apply and attend the 12 month LPN program at South College All tuition and fees paid by employer Student pays for books and supplies Be willing to work as Nurse for 18 months upon graduation If student fails to complete the course student would continue in a work agreement as a CN A for 18 months If work commitments are not met then student agrees to reimburse employer for any and all traininsg costs.
