About the

Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• PRN at Evolve-Knoxville Prosperity Point, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will be expected to provide compassionate care, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare team members. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will work on an as-needed basis, responding to the varying demands of patient care. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the well-being and recovery of patients, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee.
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in long-term care or rehabilitation.
Certification in IV therapy.
Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and responses to treatments.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
