About the
Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- PRN at Evolve-Knoxville Prosperity Point, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will be expected to provide compassionate care, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare team members. Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee.
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in long-term care or rehabilitation.
Certification in IV therapy.
Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
