Job Description
MA/LPN – Phone Nurse Confidential Knoxville, TN MA or LPN needed for a full-time Phone Nurse position for a for a very busy specialty office located in Knoxville. Position is full-time in office and is not a remote/hybrid position at this time. Must be self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently. Ability to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skills are essential. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Duties include phone triage for medical concerns, medication refills, electronic charting using ModMed, etc. We offer competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K plan, longevity pay, generous PTO time and holiday pay.
