River Oaks Place is looking for LPNs to add to our team. During your shift, you will oversee the care staff on duty, shift change reports, medication counts, administering medication to the residents that require this service, rounding on residents and assisting Wellness Director with other nursing related duties as needed. It is really a wonderful and rewarding position to hold. We are located in the heart of Lenoir City, off 5th Ave. Just a few short minutes from Fort Loudoun hospital.
