LPN:
Provide exceptional, compassionate care to residents in accordance with their care plans. Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Ensure proper documentation of care provided. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.

A current LPN license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain). Passion for working with residents in long-term care. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
