$25 – $32 per hour (case by case specific) Sign onbonus: $1,200 Day shift and $1,750 Night shift Maxim Healthcare inCleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to workwith Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Variety ofpatient acuities available:

G-tube, Trach, and Vent patients. Dayor Night shifts available. 8, 10 and 12 hour shift lengths.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing processto assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On eachassignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordancewith prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicatingphysiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursingdiagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in thestate in which the LPN/LVN will practice. Current TB or ChestX-Ray. Current BLS card.
