  • RN Position Summary
  • A Registered Nurse is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help provide patient care. The duties of a RN may vary, but generally include the following:
  • Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
  • Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
  • Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
  • Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
  • Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
  • RN Requirements
  • Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification _

  • LPN Position Summary
  • A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient’s medical history, and often includes the following responsibilities:
  • Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
  • Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
  • Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
  • Initiate, review, and update care plans.
  • Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
  • Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
  • LPN Requirements
  • Current unrestricted LPN license in practicing state
