In this role, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our community while upholding our commitment to high-quality care. Responsibilities Coordinate the admissions process for new residents, including initial assessments and documentation. Schedule medical appointments and manage health records efficiently. Review documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Utilize software systems for health information management. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers regarding admission procedures. Maintain accurate records of admissions and resident information. Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with State of TN Nursing or compact state. Experience in a healthcare setting required, particularly in admissions or coordination roles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with MDS preferred.
