Full-time, 40 hours per week

Contract:

13 weeks with the possibility of extension

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with one weekend per month on-call

Productivity:

25-32units per week, up to 35 patients

Mileage Reimbursement:

.48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

Compensation:

Negotiable based on experience and territory budget

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)experience At least 1 year of experience in home health working with adult and geriatric patients Proficiency in Homecare Homebase software required Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required Reliable transportation
