Responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse in implementing theplan of care for a group of patients and functioning in a technicalrole in providing quality patient care. • Contributes to thenursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recordingobjective and subjective data.
• Provides direct care in a safemanner.
• Evaluation of the plan of care on a continuous basis.
• Effectively communicates in writing and orally withpatients/families and other health team members.
• Participates inactivities designed to improve health care delivery in assignedarea. Education/Formal Training Requirements

• Exposure to patient body fluids aswell as exposure to hazardous or poisonous materials.
• Ability toreact quickly to emergency situations.
