Director A5 Minimum Education Graduate of a Program in Discipline (LPN)

  • Required Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required.

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Required to be current upon hire
Licenses:

State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure
