This LPN position is a crucial role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents for health and well being. Maintain documentation to ensure accurate patient records. Provide personal care and support for patients, including those with critical care needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain compliance with Tennessee assisted living regulations and nursing standards in all aspects of patient care. Skills Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices. Proficiency in nursing documentation practices. Knowledge of long-term care protocols and behavioral health considerations. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
