Responsibilities Include:
The Licensed Practical Nurse duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care, and implementation of schedules for residents.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Unencumbered LPN license in the state of Tennessee or Multi State License.
