Dependability, punctuality and attention to detail are important. This position is responsible for timely medication administration to assigned residents. The LPN shall observe and document/communicate effect and/or potential side effects of those medication. The community’s eMAR system will be used by the LPN and is tasked with supporting the Charge Nurse. You must be a leader who is capable of providing clear direction to staff and caring, compassionate care to our residents. You must have previous experience as a LPN, long term care or assisted living setting preferred. You should also be able to work well with a range of people including family members, doctor’s offices, and coworkers.
