Responsibilities:

Provide essential medical care under RN and physician supervision Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status Administer prescribed medications and injections Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatment Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program Valid and active LPN license. BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) Previous healthcare experience.
