Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time / Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through therapeutic massage. You will be responsible for providing a variety of massage techniques, creating personalized treatment plans, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massage. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Create personalized treatment plans to address specific client concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy. Ensure compliance with all spa policies and procedures. Assist with other spa-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure in massage therapy. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Professional, punctual, and reliable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
