Join the Ranz Beauty Team as an Independent Beauty Specialist (1099 Contractor)! We are expanding and seeking talented, licensed specialists in lashes, brows, permanent makeup (PMU), massage therapy, anti-aging facials, or other complementary specialties to join us as independent contractors.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed professionals and true specialists in your field (esthetician, lash artist, brow artist, PMU specialist, massage therapist, facialist, or holistic wellness expert) Ideally, you would be available to work around Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays to start , with hours ranging from 10-25 hours per week — however, days and hours are negotiable to fit your schedule Having an existing clientele is highly preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment Someone who values growth, quality over quantity, and building lasting client relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
40% commission on all services performed 10% commission on retail product sales All tips are yours to keep Scheduling and pricing details are negotiable to best fit your expertise and goals Access to marketing support, client referrals, and a loyal client base focused on results
