I live in West Durham with my fiancee. I am an entrepreneur and work under pretty high stress. Massage has always been my secret weapon. I am unlicensed but studied Thai massage for several years and have developed own style which I provide for free for my friends. I am looking for a Thai/Ashiatsu massage therapist to replace the one that I have been working with for years and has since retired. Treatment could happen here in my home as it has been for about a decade in my private massage studio — or your studio will work fine also if you have one. I normally received about 2 hours of massage a week for the past 30 years. I have been without a regular provider for about a year now and I am really starting to feel the burn. I hate table work as I don’t like putting my face in the face holder thing as it congests me. I pay well for good therapy, toward the high end of the scale along with travel and any expenses. The problem is that I am picky. I need a female that is light enough to walk on me (Ashiatsu) and/or Thai – preferably a mix. I use my feet a lot in my amateur work. The advantage to me for doing the work in my home studio (which double as an art studio) is that it frees up a lot of travel time for me and its one less thing I need to worry about scheduling – which is great for my dyslexia. I realize that that puts the travel burden on you, but I am willing to pay milage and a discounted rate for travel. Happy to meet over coffee to learn about each others goals and what not.
