Position Responsibilities:

As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized treatments that align with our holistic wellness philosophy.

You will be expected to:

Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments aligned with spa protocols and five-star standards. Customize treatments to guest needs, incorporating expertise and wellness knowledge to craft a transformative experience. Maintain a flexible schedule that meets the operational needs of a year-round luxury spa. Stay up to date with the latest massage techniques, trends, and wellness innovations. Prepare, restock, and maintain pristine treatment rooms and spa equipment with care and efficiency. Educate guests on post-treatment care, at-home practices, and recommended wellness products. Promote and support effective retail sales through thoughtful product recommendations. Ensure all interactions reflect the warmth, discretion, and professionalism of a five-star luxury resort. Communicate regularly with Spa Leadership and uphold brand and service standards. Maintain confidentiality and protect proprietary spa information. Represent the Spa and Resort with elegance and grace in personal appearance, demeanor, and performance.

Requirements:

Valid New York State Massage Therapy License and liability insurance. Minimum 2 years of professional massage experience in a high-end, luxury spa, wellness retreat, or hospitality setting. Deep knowledge of massage techniques and therapeutic modalities, with a passion for wellness. Outstanding communication skills and ability to create meaningful guest connections. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to exceptional service. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in alignment with spa demand.
