Licensed Massage Therapist, Independent Contractor Willow Collective Belle Vernon, PA 15012 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs. This role requires excellent people skills, as well as the ability to assess and address pain management issues effectively. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as needed. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Provide education to clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times. Collaborate with other health professionals as needed to enhance patient care. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology. Familiarity with pain management techniques and patient assessment protocols. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Experience in providing services in a wellness center or clinical setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, be licensed in the state of PA, have their own insurance and be an all around team player. Established clientele a plus, but not necessary.
