As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage services to enhance the well-being of our clients, helping them manage pain and improve their overall health. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and preferences. Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices. Document treatment sessions accurately in accordance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care. Experience Proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy. Strong background in patient service and customer service skills. Familiarity with occupational health practices and pain management strategies. Experience in trigger point therapy techniques is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and treatment options. $97.50 – $150.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
