- and Post-procedure Care Instructions Suture/Staple Removal Coordinate Care with Other Physicians Instrument and Equipment Cleaning and Sterilization Stock, Clean and Sanitize Patient Rooms Inventory Management Answer Patient and Pharmacy Calls Maintain Patient Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance Qualifications and Skills The applicant must be a certified medical assistant.
The applicant must be proficient with sterile technique. High school diploma is required. BLS Certification is required. Microsoft Office and computer skills are required. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational abilities.
