This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our facility, whether in a hospital, clinic, or Level I Trauma Center setting. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions. Perform basic diagnostic tests, including X-rays, while adhering to safety protocols. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coding for insurance purposes. Engage with geriatric patients with empathy and understanding to provide tailored care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requirements Proven experience in patient care within a medical-surgical or clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and basic pharmacology. Experience in performing X-ray procedures is a plus. Knowledge of geriatric care principles is desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in medical administrative support functions, including coding and record management.
