Job Description:

As a Medical Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and vital signs
• Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
• Provide patient education and instructions as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in examination rooms and medical equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience required
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred but not required
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office setting
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
