Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on Medical Assistant to join our surgical office. This role involves direct patient care, assisting with in-office procedures, and supporting a clean, well-prepared clinical environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Greet and room patients, take vitals, and collect intake information Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients Assist with in-office appointments and minor surgical procedures Maintain proper sterilization of instruments and medical equipment Follow sterile technique and support the provider during procedures Deliver a warm, professional patient experience

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program, or 2+ years of surgical office experience (plastic surgery a plus) Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical protocols CPR certification preferred Spanish-speaking a plus
