Providing Remarkable Patient Experience :

you will be responsible for rooming patients, obtaining vital signs (blood pressure, height, and weight) and documenting accurately utilizing Epic EMR. Attention to

Detail:

Updating patient’s medical history including updated medication list.

Team Player:

Appropriately documents all patient phone calls and under the direction and guidance of the provider, informs patients of test results.

Versatility:

Familiarity with prior authorization process.

Expertise:

Asking appropriate triage questions when speaking with patients and accurately recording in Epic.

What We Are Looking For In You:

Graduated from an Accredited MA Program preferred. At least one full year of Medical Assistant experience . Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with patients, physicians and referring practices. Have a broad knowledge of medical terminology (1+ year of healthcare experience). EMR experience is ideal, Epic experience is a plus. Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task and must be able to function in a fast paced, at times, stressful environment. Spanish Speaking required.
