The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1year of experience within a medical office, and possess excellentcommunication skills, attention to detail, and a passion forproviding exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Collect andrecord patient medical histories and vital signs Prepare patientsfor medical examinations and procedures Administer medications asdirected by physicians Assist with patient education and counselingMaintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments,answering phones, and filing paperwork Communicate with otherhealthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Maintain aclean and organized work environment Adhere to all HIPAAregulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

MACertificate or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience within amedical office setting Proficient in taking and recording vitalsigns Proficient in Phlebotomy Knowledge of medical terminology andEMR systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Abilityto work independently and as part of a team Excellentorganizational and time management skills Ability to prioritizetasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability tomaintain a high level of professionalism and patientconfidentiality Interested in hearing more?
