Our very busy dermatology practice in Panama City, FL , is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team! This role will involve travel to our satellite offices as needed . We’re looking for someone eager to learn quickly and thrive in a high-volume environment. You’ll be essential in ensuring our patients receive top-notch care, supporting both the administrative and clinical needs of our practice, and playing a key role in hands-on patient care and assisting in surgeries . Responsibilities What you’ll do:

Administrative Support:

Manage patient communication (phones, greetings), handle medical records and insurance forms, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.

Clinical Assistance:

Take detailed medical histories, explain treatment procedures to patients, prepare patients for examinations, and assist physicians during examinations and surgeries .

Hands-on Patient Care:

Provide direct patient care as needed, including preparing patients for procedures and assisting with various treatments.

Practice Operations:

Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, sterilize medical instruments, and maintain organized exam rooms. Flexibility for travel to satellite offices as needed . Prior Medical Assistant experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
