Position Overview:
Integra Vascular is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Cocoa Beach medical office. This dual-purpose office hosts both consultations and vascular procedures, requiring an organized, professional presence to ensure smooth coordination across clinical and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks, including filing, answering phones, organizing records, and maintaining office supplies Enter and manage data accurately within internal systems and patient management platforms Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating office flow during patient visit days Support marketing initiatives, including updating and maintaining company social media accounts in alignment with brand standards Facilitate communication between clinical teams, patients, and administrative personnel Assist with light patient intake responsibilities as needed during consult days Ensure the front office remains organized, welcoming, and compliant with all operational protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with EMR systems a plus Experience managing social media accounts or content a plus Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
