Key Responsibilities Greet and room patients, take vital signs, and prepare them for their visit with care. Create and maintain precise patient charts, ensuring compliance with medical standards. Handle phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to patient inquiries with warmth and efficiency. Support physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses during clinical procedures with skill and confidence. Tackle administrative and clinical tasks to keep our offices humming with energy and organization. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; graduates of an accredited Medical Assistant program are especially welcome! Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a bonus but not required. Experience in a medical office is a plus, but we’re excited to train motivated newcomers. Stellar organizational skills and the ability to juggle tasks in a bustling environment. Outstanding communication and a knack for connecting with patients and colleagues. Flexibility to work at both our Suntree (Revive MD Internal Medicine) and Merritt Island (Florida Heart and Vascular Specialist) locations.
