Requirements Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred. Strong understanding of medication administration protocols. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication. Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks, including electronic health records management. Knowledge of dermatology practices is a plus but not required. Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and independent environments.
