As MA or office nurse you will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure excellent patient care in a high quality, compassionate and timely manner. You will be doing phone triage and patient call backs with prescription refills. Responsibilities Interview patients and document basic medical history Update electronic medical records and reports Coordinate laboratory specimens and results Assist during medical examinations Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Phone calls and triage with prescription refills Skills Working experience as a medical assistant or nurse or medical secretary Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Team friendly Good communication skills Organized Medical assistant or nursing certificate/degree/registration Experience with ECW and Intergy a plus Gyn experience a plus’ ‘
