Responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting patients, collecting payments, taking vital signs, moving patient in and out of the exam rooms, giving appointments, and requesting referrals from insurance companies and/or primary care offices. Candidate will also help the doctor prepare patients for platelet rich plasma (PRP) and exosome injections, as well as shockwave therapy. Phlebotomy experience is required. Candidate must be responsible, reliable and a good team player. Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish is required.
