Medical Assistant/Receptionist Premier Primary Care Corporation 2701 NE 14th Street Causeway, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 We are seeking a friendly, organized and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team as a Medical Front Desk / Medical Assistant. This role is primarily responsible for greeting and assisting patients at the front desk and performing administrative tasks while being able to fill in supporting clinical care in the back office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Handle all administrative tasks in a timely manner Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff: vital signs, injections, EKGs, blood draws, manage lab samples Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields Familiarity with medical billing procedures Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
