You will support doctors and patients through various tasks related to patient care management. Must have great organizational skills and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately with high quality in a timely manner.

- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; confirming purpose of visit.
- Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests. Measure vital signs, such as pulse rate, oxygen level, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and record information in patients chart.
- Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; keeping patient information confidential.
- Council patients by communicating physician’s orders and questions about procedures and orders.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Serves and protects the practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year Medical Office Experience is preferred
- Experience working with an EMR system
- Allscripts experience is preferred
- Must have great customer service skills
- We are a drug-free workplace and require drug testing before hire.’
- Must be willing to travel between the 4 locations as needed
