Goodlette-frank Road North, Naples, FL 34102 As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation at our specialist practice. You will support five doctors and patients throughout a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Our mission is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. We are looking for a self-starter with a team player mentality to join our awesome team. Responsibilities Room patients for 5 Podiatrists and occasional medical assistant schedule Obtain and record vitals, update medications, transcribe phone conversations and treatments in our EMR system. Prep for/and assist with in-office procedures Assist in surgery coordination and scheduling Stock treatment rooms and maintain integrity of medical equipment Triage and return patient phone calls Assist with arranging Labs, Physical Therapy, and other advanced diagnostic testing Obtain x-rays onsite, experience a plus with podiatric specific x-rays Experience with Diabetic Shoe Program a plus Dispense Durable Medical Equipment and process appropriate paperwork Possess Strong Computer and Charting Skills Scan and attach patient documents into our EMR system, upload patient images, etc.

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
